500 Hour Teacher Training Course

500 Hour yoga teacher training course is a residential training, which includes 200, and 300 hour YTTC, training is design for the student who wants to learn and practice yoga from beginner, Intermediate to advanced the training is focused Hatha asana (beginner to advance physical posture), Ashtanga Vinyasa flow physical posture Pranayama the Breathing practice, this training is design for beginner to intermediate practitioner, which help to know to about self Рdiscovery and inner transformation for enhancing  self-practice and teaching methodology, after successfully completing the YTTC ( yoga teacher training course ) and receiving certification of 200 hour students can register with Yoga Alliance as RYT (Register yoga teacher).
