
100 Hour Teacher Training Course
This training is focused on hatha, Ashtanga multi-style YTTC. The aim of the training to create more awareness information about the yogic lifestyle that is the first step toward practicing yoga. Training will provide you knowledge of yoga from beginner level to the first step of Intermediate yoga practice. The student shall learn asana – hatha vinyasa flow, pranayama (breathing practice), Yogic Cleaning technique, mantra chanting, meditation relaxation, yoga anatomy, philosophy, teaching methodology and much more, after successfully completing your training you will get YACEP (yoga alliance continuing education provider) certification of 100-hour yoga training.
